Big master bedroom with private bath and walk in closet available in a two bedroom apartment in Brentwood Downs (Edmondson Pike) available middle of January 2010. Newly remodeled 2 years ago when I moved in with current roommate, gated community, full size kitchen appliances, dishwasher and disposal, washer and dryer in unit, balcony, outdoor pool, new exercise/weight room, jacuzzi, sand volleyball. Management is great and community is safe which is why I want to stay! Rent will be $437.50 plus electric, water, and cable/internet. Brentwood Downs requires application and background check ($50.00) before lease can be signed. 9-12 month lease agreement preferred or rent will become more expensive. I do not believe there will be any deposit required.

I will want to interview every applicant fairly extensively. Must be neat, considerate, mature, and be able to clean up after oneself. Pets can be discussed but I think there would be a fee from the apartment management! Smoking is fine as long as you don't mind doing it on our private balcony.
