Hot Sommer Fun for years to come. Forget that vacation, have one all summer with this baby!
We have a very large pool that I will sacrifice at $3,000 for all. Really hate to let this go as we have had so many good memories and good times with this Pool. Pool is large and all the family and friends were amazed on how big it is.
3 y/o, 32’ x 52’. Pool installed by Watson’s, and a very large deck (46ft x 26ft)
Pool is not up and running at this time, but ran great for 3 summers (April thur Oct.) it is still assembled and inclosed by deck approx. 46’w x 26’l x 50’h, with 2 sets of stairs.
Pool and all the accessories = $4,500 when bought.
Deck = $2,000 labor and $3,500 material’s = $5,500 when built.
Ladder, cover, filter system up-graded, new filter motor, new filter basket, Sand & gravel also included...
Asking $3,000 for it all…(Ready to neg.)
