Shar Pei - Large - Adult - Female - Dog - Sharpy

 Posted 11/07/03. We know that Sharpy is a Shar Pei mix, but not sure what she's mixed with. We decide to call her Sharpy because she has 'sharp hair' and her hair is very bristly. She is approximately 6 months old. We saw her in a shelter curled up ina ball, scared, wet and shivering. We felt so sorry for her that we couldn't leave her. It turns out that she's quite an outgoing pup and is not a bit scared with us. She LOVES to play with other dogs and loves people, but can be scared of people when in a caged environment such as a shelter or vet's office. She can be protective of her person and is very loyal. Sharpy is spayed, up to date with all vaccinations, wormed, and we have started her on monthly heartworm preventative. Her adoption fee is $90. Our available pet list is kept up to date. We welcome inquiries and are happy to answer any questions from potential adopters...but PLEASE do NOT email us simply to ask if a dog on this list is available for adoption.
