Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog
Description
Posted 1/7/06. Dodger wandered up to someone's home who was not able to keep him. Since Dodger is a stray, we have no history on him. It is obvious there is Australian Cattle Dog in his heritage. He appears to be a young dog, probably between 6 and 12 months old. Dodger can be a little shy when first meeting a stranger, but it does not take him long to warm up. He is gentle and loving and even though he weighs about 30 pounds now, he still thinks he's a lap dog and will climb into our laps if given the chance. We see the potential for Dodger being a really fine dog and making a great companion for someone. He gets along great with other dogs and tends to be somewhat submissive. Dodger is neutered, up to date with vaccinations and has been wormed. His adoption fee is $90. Our available pet list is kept up to date. We welcome inquiries and are happy to answer any questions from potential adopters...but PLEASE do NOT email us simply to ask if a dog on this list is available for adoption. ALL dogs on our available pet list are available for adoption. Submit an Adoption Application for this pet
