Great Dane - Large - Young - Male - Dog - Lazarus- adopted
Description
Lazarus is an 11 month old neutered Mantle Great Dane puppy. Lazarus has come a long way since he has been with ARF. He has learned to play with the variety of dogs and not be too rough. When he came here he had no manners and has learned them quickly. He is a disease to please guy and praise will get you everywhere with him. He has been trained with just a collar and leash. NO spike collars for Lazarus. He cowers to them and ARF does not endorse them for proper training. We have treated two vertebrae issues with other dogs because of them. He seems to like playing with the foster dogs and loves people. He has had some obedience training but would benefit from additional patient training as he is strong and a puppy and has trouble sometimes staying focused. He is crate and housetrained. He does seem to look at cats just a little too long for ARF's liking. He will require a safe fence, a home inspection and some one with Dane experience would be beneficial. He has an extremely likable way about him, and is truly going to grow up to be a very good boy. Local adoptions only.
