I have a male Greenwing Macaw for whom I am beginning to search for a new home. He is a 10 yr old surgically sexed male and has been a companion to a much older (+60 yr old) related female in a spacious walk in flight cage. He is NOT pet potential and I will make sure he is going to be placed with someone who has macaw experience and at least one other Macaw. He would make a good companion bird for another Macaw or maybe even potential breeder as he is of age. He is a very large size male and though in beautiful feather condition he is somewhat plucked by the other Macaw with whom he was caged. Maybe sexual frustration as she was not interested in mating. He is not aggressive. I will be asking a $500 rehoming fee to the right home.
