This is a Swanstone Model TW-32 ordered from Home Depot. It is white and designed for tub walls with the following dimensions: 32" X 62" X 58". It has 3 built in shelves for storage of toiletries.
This unit came with two left panels instead of a left and a right. It might work but I am afraid to try it. The picture shows the TW32 in bone. The one I have for sale is gloss white.
