As for our one bedroom’s, we offer a 750 sq ft 1 bedroom, 1 bath that leases for $632 a month plus $15 for water. This apartment has hardwood flooring and brand new black appliances including a microwave!

As for our two bedrooms, we offer 2 different floor plans with the first starting at 1100 sq ft and leasing for $757 a month plus $20 for water, the next is our 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath 1140 sq ft townhouse which currently leases for $819 plus $25 for water! We currently have each of these to choose from! Just remember that theses are special rates and can only be locked in with a $100 deposit.
